I work with painting, sculpture, written word, sound and moving image to explore time, uncertainty and what it is to be human in a largely non-human world. My work as an ecologist fuels my interest in how physical experiences of time connect me with ‘the spaces I don’t control’, placing me within a vast universe of other life-forms and timeframes.
